We decided to focus on the “health” benefits that coconut brings and to bring back the healthy coconut trend during the pandemic (replicating the features that made coconut products trendy).
GOAL: To come up with a product that focuses on and promotes coconut as a health beneficial food product.

Tell me more about it [The reason (Ask for the benefit, feature, experience, how does it help you)]

Adjustment needed in User persona & Customer Journey Map
I will say it’s a very unique experience for me. I have never work with a real client and working as a designer is also new to me. Throughout the process, we need to learn a lot, not just our technical skills but communication, teamwork, flexibility and more. This experience is great, it’s a fresh experience that I’m looking forward too. I really like our team, my teammates has amazing problem solving skill and of course we meet something that is hard or very sudden (such as have changes 10 minutes before the presentation), but I will say we pull it off quite well. We help each other, it’s not about specialisation anymore we will just try our best to help each other based on our knowledge and experience. Balancing is important in a team and have already work with Ashley, our leader and Madeline before but the rest is new, the dynamic is good and I enjoy it. The progress of understanding the brief and communicate with the client is also new for me and I’m really happy that I have gotten the opportunity to try this when I am student (it’s better to make mistake in school rather than working space right?). Overall, it’s new it’s fresh I enjoy it. Thank you my teammates you guys are the best, and thank you Dr Wong for guiding us throughout the progress.
When deciding the color palette I also found out color does MATTERS it’s a key to let others recognize the keyword of your brand/work in the first sight.
Rather than the designing part, user testing amaze the most. The calculation, the testing plan and everything by its so new to me. Before we conduct that, I didn’t expect that it’s actually a quite complex progress, a lot of consideration is needed and the differences between how you present it will be so different (such as showing physical mockup vs digital version mockup)
As an entertainment student, 3D is a must and I’m so new to it. However, after some practice in different module making it in minor project is easier for me (I’m very surprised not gonna lie).
